Subscription Terms

These terms apply when you purchase a SUFX subscription. They supplement the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Operator

SUFX is operated by Ilia Gavrichenko, a private individual based in Hungary.

What you get

A SUFX subscription unlocks the premium features described in the in-app paywall, including expanded daily AI usage, unlimited vocabulary additions, and full access to advanced review modes.

Subscription plans, length, and price

SUFX currently offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. The exact title, length, and price of each plan are shown in the app immediately before you confirm a purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price that will be charged. Plans and prices may differ by country and over time.

Auto-renewal

SUFX subscriptions are auto-renewable. The following disclosures apply per Apple App Store and Google Play requirements:

How to cancel

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. The conversion price and trial length are shown in the app before you confirm. Free-trial eligibility is limited per Apple ID and per Google account, per the respective store’s rules.

EU/EEA right of withdrawal

By confirming a subscription purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and you acknowledge that, as a result, you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)) once performance has begun.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Refund eligibility is determined by each platform’s policies:

SUFX cannot directly issue store refunds.

Billing disputes and service issues

If you believe a charge was processed in error, or if you were charged but did not receive the premium features:

  1. First, confirm that the payment cleared with Apple or Google (Settings → Subscriptions on your device).
  2. If the payment cleared but premium features are not active in SUFX, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge with your store receipt. We will investigate and, if the issue is on our side (e.g., a webhook-processing failure), coordinate with you on remediation — typically account restoration or guidance for a store-side refund.

For refund requests outside of our error (e.g., you changed your mind), contact Apple or Google directly using the links above. SUFX does not have authority to issue store-side refunds.

Family Sharing

Where supported by the platform, SUFX subscriptions may be shared with members of your Apple Family Sharing or Google Play family group, subject to the relevant store’s rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change increases your price or materially reduces your premium benefits, we will notify you in the app before the change takes effect for your subscription. The current version is always available at /legal/subscription-terms.
